Swim
Comments: Sighting awful. What would you do differently?: Be a better swimmer. Transition 1
Comments: It was a long transition area. Takes a long time to walk with bike out of it. And I was tired. No great problems, I was just moving slow. Bike
Comments: I passed much more than I was passed, but still did poorly. Means I came out of T1 behind my group. What would you do differently?: Be a better cyclist. Transition 2
Comments: Slow again. Tired. What would you do differently?: Be less tired. Run
Comments: Was able to basically run my pace, but felt awful. Almost threw up a few times. What would you do differently?: I just need to be in better shape. Post race
Warm down: Went to the bathroom. Walked around. Ate free burgers. What limited your ability to perform faster: Overall conditioning. I just didn't train enough for a distance this long. Got up at 5:30. One scrambled egg with butter. Can of pineapple, banana, peanut butter smoothie. 2 cups of coffee.
Worried I was late but had plenty of time.
Swam around a little. Last wave.
