very cool.  I was wondering this too.  Will it also grab the enhanced HR stuff, weight and resting HR?

Just checking in on this one....I'd love to be able to STOP double logging - I like to have something local on my PC just in case the world ends and the 'net stops working.....

The upload feature sounds nice, too, but download way more important to me!

THANKS - you guys are great!!!

Your timing is good.

While it's not considered officially released just yet, this functionality now exists for all accounts. To download your workout data to a .csv file, go to your Training Settings and just under the Privacy settings you'll see a new option to Export Log Data.

You can download Actual or Planned Data and you have the option of including or excluding empty days from the file.

Enjoy!

ooooooooh I am so excited! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I can geek around with the data all I want. See what happens when a former computer tech becomes a stay at home mom?

*edit* oh you are a tease...when I click, it says coming soon.....I can wait, good things are worth it!

Sorry Anna. I didn't think my admin privileges would still be in effect on the account I used to test this for access. It will be available soon.

I learned something new today.

I should explain it some:

This export is for all users.  Of course, any 'planned' export is for subscribers, but ALL members get access to the export of ALL 'Actual' data.

ALL data is included-including enhanced HR zones.

Nutrition data is not part of this, if there is significant interest, we will make it a part of a separate export.

It will save in CSV format.  AND all times are represented in decimal minutes.

Access it in your 'edit training settings' screen.

It's kind of beta right now.  Most of the current format and cell headings SHOULD be unchanged in the future.  The only thing we may add or modify is the 'strength exercise' stuff.

Downloading Actual data is available with all accounts. Downloading Planned workouts is available with Performance memberships.

I read the newsletter this morning (very informative) and found out about the download. Great feature. I've tried it and it downloaded from when I started and so far it looks like it got everything except for a couple of weeks this month, December 9-16 and December 21-29. Not sure why those days did not download any info? I tried twice. Please let me know if there is a trick!

Thanks for all the great stuff!

Veronica

Veronica, thanks for the report. I think the problem is that only data from days that have an entry in the 'Overall Comments' section get exported. We'll look into into it and post here when it's corrected.
