Subject: RE: Download Calculator for HR ZonesSteve...right-click on Mike's .xls link and select "Save Target As" the name of the spreadsheet file you want to call it. Then just open up Excel and bring the file up. To use it, put your lactate threshold numbers in the 2 spaces at the top (running and biking ) and click on the yellow boxes to individualize the training zones for your particular LT.
