I just bought a pair of pro3 tires for an upcoming race this weekend.  I'm assuming it doesn't matter which direction the tires are placed on the wheel.  Also, looking at the psi chart it states for 132Ibs  cyclist it should be pumped up to about 95psi.  Does that sound about right?  I've been running my gatorskins at 110psi.

I have those and I don't think with those it matters which way.... I am 190 and run them at 116 as per the writing on the side or somewhere I read it.... I am not an expert

you should be fine. I run all my tires at 100psi @ 145-150lbs.

I ride those at 105 psi and I'm 175.  They've been great for me.

^^^

I run 'em @105 also, though I'm ~168#

Guess I'm a bit old school in thinking of 100psi as low pressure limit for all adult riders.

Well I feel like a goob then at 210 lbs and running mine at 120 (though I'm sure I lose at least five psi during the chuck-disconnect-whoosh of air.) Have done that since I got them and so far the only flat I had was when I realized too late that the water trough cover over recently-poured concrete was not installed yet, leaving about a 10-inch gap between the sidewalk squares.

Those are the tires I run and keep them at about 95-100 psi (I'm about 135).  I usually pump to 105 or so to compensate for the air release when removing the pump.  A lot of people read "1XX max psi" and pump to that without any concern for the proper inflation for their weight.  The proper tire pressure is important for ride quality, rolling resistance, and flat resistance.
