Swim
Comments: Great start to the swim, but ended up drifting off course and having to backtrack to get around the jetty What would you do differently?: Sight more often during the swim Transition 1
Bike
Comments: need to spend a lot more time on the bike. I can keep going for a long distance, but cannot keep my pace up. Need to make sure the hamstrings are better stretched so that I can tuck on the aerobar. Transition 2
Run
Comments: legs were way too sore after the ride. I was suprised at my time. My time, while very slow, was fater than I felt I was running Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: I never had a high energy level during the race, I don't know if that was from lack of food, I had a muffin w/ PB in the early AM and had a big carb dinner the night before Last updated: 2005-09-04 12:00 AM
