When I'm pissed or angry, I listen to Aimee Mann. She keeps it real, yo.

When I'm in a bad mood it's because I'm cranky and need sleep or need to exercise.  So napping is good cure for me, as well as going for a run!

For me, it's usually either (a) go to bed and try again tomorrow (a little early for that today however) or (b) force myself to write a list of 12 things I'm grateful for in my life. Fake stuff doesn't count. It has to be something I really am grateful for. I can almost always get to 12, which surprises me on the days I need that most.

Oh the other thing that works is hang with friends and watch a movie. It is so rare that I'm just vegging I forget I need that sometimes. One time I was all irritable and unhappy with life and had the choice between hanging out with a girl friend of mine to "Talk About It" or going and watching a goofy kids' flick with a friend of mine and his daughter. Man was that the right medicine.

So considering it's too early for bed and you'll scoff at the Grateful List thing, I'd say watch a movie. Nothing dark. Jackie Chan?

I voted for watching people fall down. It reminds me of the hilarious bit on every single Warren Miller film where the newbies fall off the lift. Guaranteed pick me upper to watch the people fall downer.

THAT IS SOME FUNNY SHIT! ...LIKE THE TYPING IN ALL CAPS..VERY ANNOYING.

This is the best!:
Ways to Annoy a Yankee (Northerner)
Take your own sweet time when doing ANYTHING.
Pronounce all one-syllable words with two.
Refer to every soft drink as a Coke.
Tell them you don't have an accent, they do.

I go for the "hand sex" since there's no sense in dragging someone else into the equation and pissing 2 people off.
