Went for a nice run outside, all you midwesterners remember the outside, don't you? The pool was right were I left it last week, finished up the week with 6525 yards, 30% of goal so don't you worry about the Curmudgeons, you should be out shoveling snow anyway. Swim Angry |

What's a team for, if not too much information? If I survive my party tomorrow, I will rest on Sunday after my son's pageant (he's a lamb!) and then Monday, I will be back working out, albeit gently. And while I'm on vacation, I'll swim my face off, so no worries from this end. We shall prevail. |

Before you complain that I'm sandbagging, I'd only been swimming once a week, for 2000 yards. For the challenge, I figured I could go twice a week through this week. Good Luck all! |
