it started early for me at the pool (5:30am), swam 2 km. had my school day.
now its 9 pm, and i have just finnished a 6km run.
i'm enjoying my beer now. BORSODI - BARNA , its a great hungarian beer.
Yay for swimming! I just squeezed in 1000 meters in the pool before my 5:00 class and hopefully will be able to do a 1-1.5 hour bike ride tonight in addition to that. I'm ready to get into some vigorous training this week!
45 min weights this morning, 3 mile bike ride, and 3.2 mile run this afternoon. My run times are consistenly dropping! My average pace today was 9:08! I'll be under 9 soon!
Easy treadmill run today to keep my HR down. 20 minutes then did some abs and leg weights
Tomorrow is interval ride day! I am sure we will be fast because it is still bloody cold out!!!

40 min slow bike ride. It's time to change my short term goal of getting off the couch; I'm now doing this. Next, I need to start pushing myself a bit. In this spirit I did 300 crunches and 40 push ups tonight which is more than I've yet done.
