...for only $192.

I picked up a nice Rockshox SID fork on ebay to replace the blown OEM Marzocchi on my Kona Caldera. 

Xterra here I come!

'Zocch's are great but they are heavy. What SID is it? I know the early SIDs (98 or so) were especially light (2.4#s ??)

I got a full XTR 98 Stumpjumper (HARDTAIL) in the garage collecting dust. It needs a new fork (stock Judy XC), where did you get your SID?

I got the SID off ebay.

When I lived in CA and was racing MTBs pretty seriously, I rode a Kestrel CSX with full XTR, SID and Crossmax wheels. THAT was a sweet ride. But my fav. ever bike was my single speed...19.8lbs of heaven.

My wheels are the original Crossland, still round and true. I bought it for fun, raced it once, sucked.

Huh...that's one of the reasons I like MTBing so much. Falling is fun...and no road rash!
