Pre-race routine:

WAKE UP 3:30AM, BRUSHED MY TEETH, DROVE TO EPCOT FROM HOTEL @ 4:15AM, FROZE MY BUTT OFF, Drank some smart water and gatorade endurance and ate 1/8 of a power bar, had upset stomach so could not eat.

concern for not being spent for the marathon the next day.

The way I feel after just completeing the marathon, I would have to call you either a sicko or amazing. You had great times considering running both races. Congtats.

Yes. The cromulence of your verbosity is difficult, at best, to navigate. At worst it is like wading though quicksand wearing a business suit that is 4 sizes too large.

Nice half...can't wait for the full RR.
