Subject: Pregnancy Challenge
Ok, here's the deal. COGirl and I began a challenge at the beginning of the year. The prerequisites are that you must (1) be pregnant, and (2) must be female. NO MALE BABY BELLIES!! :-) If you're interested we set a goal of 3-4 cardio sessions per week and at least 1 weight session. On the honor system, but you should inspire others doing the challenge. Feel free to join in!

I'm well past the baby making stage.  Maybe I could the hot flash challenge.

Good luck with your preganacy, and meeting your goals.  When I in my 30s I used to hate getting passed by pregnant ladies during running races.  Now I guess I'd use the "they're 20 years younger" excuse.

My wife is 6-1/2 months pregnant and is fussing because I didn't gain any pregnancy weight this time like I did on the last two!

Can I join? Just found out I'm pregnant with my 3rd child and I really want to be in better shape this time. My first two pregnancies I had gestational diabetes...so I really want things to go better this time around. My diet has greatly improved now I just need to consistently exercise so 3-4x week goal is perfect for me.
