T1 time is included with Cycle leg (because of the stupid removable tag system!!!!!!!!!!) But then they take off an arbitrary 1:30 from the cycle time to get an average pace.

Slow getting the suit off. Sat down to put shoes on.

How fun are the mini races???

Definitely go for elastic laces - they take a little while to get used to (my feet move around a little more and thus can be more susceptible to blisters) but in the end well worth the ease of getting the shoe on.
