What would you do differently?:

Started out slower my first mile was 6:18...and I would started at the back of the pack instead so I could pass people not be passed

Started out way to fast!!!

It was dark so I couldn't see my time on my Timex Ironman should of used my 301 so I could of turned the backlight on.

We did two 3 mile loops... it was my first and will go back... to early for for the grounddog....

Maybe there is something to this thing people call "training" If it works for somebody like otte, it might just work for a strapping lad like myself!
