Well organized kick in the pants.
What would you do differently?:

Start at front of pack rather than 3/4 of the way back. The race start was spent hopping over dogs, small children, baby strollers....

Propel, bagel, and freezing wind.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Potential cardiac arrest.

Event comments:

Nice way to spend Sunday morning. Race raised money for a worthwhile cause, which is terrific and leaves participants feeling great.
