Run
Comments: Considering for the last month I have not really done much training. I am excited about my time. When I started training I was doing about one hour for three miles. What would you do differently?: Get my ugly and fat butt training again. 4 weeks to my first TRI. Whoo Doggies!!!!!!!!! Post race
Warm down: Walked, drank water and ate pizza. Cheered on the people behind me. One runner was pushing his freind Anthony who was paralyzed in a football game this fall for the entire race and finished in about 40 minutes. What limited your ability to perform faster: I have let my training go to hell. Event comments: Not as well organized as the run for the green but a good venue with nice volunteers. Woke up, It was sunny out so i decided I was going to the race. At two piece of peanut butter toast and drank water then gatorade.
Got to the race 25 minutes befor start time. Signed in and paid my fee, want potty then went to the start line. stretched and jogged in place. Then shivered with about 500 other people waiting for the RD to say stuff in a bull horn that most of us couldn't hear or understand anyway.
