So did anyone notice the graphics on the Disney owned ABC telecast of the Super Bowl had the same font as the upcoming Disney 'Cars' movie?  Didja? Didja?  So have you been brainwashed and need to go see it now?

I did. But then I'm paranoid. I figure that the only reason Eminem didn't get a cameo in his hometown Superbowl is that ABC/Disney/Capital Cities doesn't own a share of his record label. But then again, I could be wrong, and the reason he didn't get a cameo is because the NFL doesn't want another wardrobe malfunction.

I did notice the font, but thought it was merely a '50s hot-roddish invoking thing as an homage to the Motor City.

Waitwaitwaitwait. "Cars" is a Pixar movie, and Disney just barely bought them the other week. No way they planned this out. I figure it was a Detroit/Ford field/car reference, not a "Cars" reference.

although disney just bought pixar, they have had a working relationship for a number of years. ie Toy Story and all PIXAR movies.
