Subject: RE: I need a 2nd job- any ideas?I would look into either what is known as "real estate options" or other real estate ventures like flipping foreclosures. You don't need as much capital as people say you do. Many "investors" use short term cash loan options like high limit credit cards or home equity loans to get started. However, it's not as easy as people think it is and you have to really put in the homework and due diligence, but it's a great business you can do most of it from the conforts of your home. The cash is also not immediate and their is some risk, but the good thing about it is, it's part time. You can close one deal and make $10,000 and not do anything else for the year. Or you can keep doing it until you do it full time. If you are interested, I would not go in blindly. You need to find a trustworthy foreclosure real estate agent and real estate lawyer. Many will have a free initial consultation. Also, I recommend books by Thomas Lucier. The books I started with is the "preforeclosure property investor's kit" and the "how to make money in real estate options." If you don't want to buy them, just browse them at your local book store. |
