Event warmup:

standing around chit chatting, watching Trixie touch everyone. Laughing and talking to Rick, Lane, Wendi, Jean, Trixie, Jeff, and a few others.
Other than that I dont think there was a warm up.

Trixie ate some of my muffin...lol

Trixie and Rennick ran with us. we goofed off, ran with the Army guys some. It was a lot of fun....

laughing, it is really hard to run when you are laughing.
