I'd be honoured to accept the invitation to be a Kansasarian. Put me down for:

Swim 15,000(its really meters but we will just call it yards)

Bike 15hours (As long as the weather hold I should get off to a flier as I plan to bike into work most of the next two weeks. If the weather is duff then I could be in trouble.)

Run 51miles (15miles seemed a bit short).

I'm off for a google search for all things Kansas just in case their is a test.

I owe you guys a huuuuuge apology for missing my biking commitment last month. Unforgiveable. But I will begin to make it up to you this month by reaching my commitment. I'll most definitely get in 150 miles of running. I've got to think about what I can do for swimming and where I can do it. Make it 3,000 yards. I'll keep it at 3 hours for the bike.

dude you better post more then 150....

I bet you do 96+ miles @ R4N and you have already done 23 miles this month so that is 119 miles and your going to do 20 miles today so that's 139 miles.... now your telling us that your only going to log 11 miles for the rest of the month?

Kev, be a man say 200 miles..... gosh

I'm In

I guess I will try a little bit of that running stuff but noo swimming at this point. I will be ruining my training for the Corporate challenge triathlon by actually running prior to the event. What a shame!

Bike: 20 Hours

Run: 25 Miles

Swim: 0 Yards

Go Kansas (State that is not those pesky Gayhawks)!

Just noticed that week 1 finished on the 2nd of April. Thats a big fat zero percent from me for the first week then.

Things can only get better.

If my calculations are right then after tonight I'll have 3 days to do roughly a 1/2 IM with an extra swim set thrown in. Absolute doddle. Hows everyone else shaping up?

Wow, great job from everyone during the last week. Especially all the guys that took part in the 24hr ultramarathon. You make it so much harder to take the fact that I couldn't drag my sorry *** out on Sunday for a lousy 10 miles. I feel like the kid that has just scored an own goal and all his team mates glower at him.

Please stop glowering at me.

Despite that guilty feeling its been a great challenge for me. Its driven me out of the house on numerous occasions, I even went to an early morning training session for the first time in my life. I have my fingers well and truley crossed that someone somewhere has messed up worse than me.
Go Kansas.
