Hmm...I've been thinking about running Arthur's Seat while I'm in Edinburgh this week. It's a 2 hr walk to the top, so assuming all things equal, I could run it in an hour? OR, I could just walk it, be normal, and enjoy my holiday. Do you all workout on holiday?

No, I usually race on "holiday." Lately, most of my trips have involved marathons and centuries.

Heck yes!!! I ran on the black sand beach in Nicaragua, it was 106 degrees! Even the dogs were too dang tired to chase me. The best part was the look on the local's faces, they don't make a habit of running.
