The new graphs in the training log showing weekly volume don't work for me very often.
I seem to get a red X more than the actual graph.

Is this happening to everyone or do I have a computer problem?

This is usually indicative of a problem with Java on your computer. Do you get the red x's on the same computer using the same browser?

I really don't know for sure.

I access BT from home and work.

Work has been red X's for at least 2 days, but the graphs did work here originally.

Home I haven't used in a while. Dialup vs high speed at work.

Ideas for a fix?

I've enabled Java, still just the red X.  I can't find the "Microsoft vm" setting (XP Pro, IE 6.0) to change it.  I've also tried downloading the latest Java, but their web "configurer" says I have the latests version.

What's next???

If the Microsoft vm setting isn't there, it's possible that your company IT dept. has instituted computer security policies that prevent java applets from running.

Here's a test to see if Java is enabled on your machine. Try that and report the results here.

When all solutions didn't work, I uninstalled Java from my computer, then reinstalled it from the Java website.  Bingo!

 Thanks!
