Sadly, I had completely forgotten I was doing this (School stuff--apparently my brain was full)--I did finally get out again on my bike. Its not too cold here, so I can't justify not getting on the bike (I don't have a trainer) I did 7 miles in 30 minutes or so....

i got a 3 hour ride in on wednesday. but i am way behind schedule-darn lingering cold and work keeps getting in the way.

Outside for 1:45 today.  New saddle is overall good, new computer connects to my HRM and gives me instant feedback to say I wasn't riding to my HRM capacity.   I may have to ask Jorge about this cause I thought overall I was working harder than the HR said.....but that may have been an effedt of the wind out there today.
