At Mav's insistance, I signed-up again! And I actually rode yesterday!!!! With the holiday's and everything, it will be tough, but I will make this monthly goal! I am setting up my goal in terms of total points (combination of time and consecutive day's on trainer!). I will hit my goal this month!!!!!

I'm soooo happy so see so much action in just a couple of days - BIG welcome to my Zoom Multisport Team mate Jon!!

I have been doing nothing but drive my car to NYC and back and then CT and back - my a$$ needed a break

I'll be on the bike today and try that miserable Jorge workout Queeny mentioned - YIKES!!!!!!

I missed the first 2 days but I'm in too, for 20 hours.  I don't want to overdo it, maybe I'll increase it for a January challenge.  Thanks Lisa, I wouldn't have stopped in to do this without the blog inspire!

Got my first hour in today.  BTW I edited the spreadsheet by freezing the top section.  Now you can scroll down to your name without losing the headings of the top two rows.  Makes it much easier when the column titles are still visible, i.e. the dates etc!

finally got a 2 hour ride in this morning. the best thing was there is no traffic at 6am and still pretty dark. not a bad ride this morning.

Good work every body! I worked all weekend and now have a 2hr Jorge ride to accomplish tonight. Any and all encouragement greatly appreciated! I did enjoy the sunroof being open on the way to work this am. Mother Nature is very confused.

we have been spoiled!!!

PS - I loved the 5 minute interval ride earlier this week!!!  now if only i could ride AND work at the same time - i think the sweat would affect my laptop though

yea finally got my a$$ out on the bike today. i have been sick my daughter has been sick. on top of that i got an injection in my knee on yesterday that was nice and painful. but 2.5 hours later-nice and slow. i didnt even track mileage just rode at about 60%, and no hills. legs and knee feel ok afterwards.
