Hey gang! I am still plugging away! I made it through another concession stand without digging into the junk. I grabbed some good food and brought it back to the school so I wouldn't slip. My most recent slip though is today. It's semester finals right now and a group of high school chefs brought me down a plate to sample for feedback for their grade...good thing is it was a tossed salad and a meat based meal, so nothing terrible. So glad they didn't bring cheesecake! ha!
Hi, Guys! I'd say that I'm about 80% paleo lately. I do add in some rice in my meals when I know I'm going to have a hard workout, or like last weekend, a long bike ride, an adventure race, and a soccer game.
Today I had some milk in my coffee and protein shake. I ran out of Almond milk.
Seeing this challenge made me so happy! I've dabbled in the Paleo lifestyle, but can't seem to break the 2 weeks of Paleo mark. I feel SO much better when I do stick with it, though.
I already didn't eat Paleo today, but starting tomorrow (10/27/12), I'm determined to get to 30! Is anyone else still doing this?
