Take off riding shorts; put on sports bra -- the shoes completely threw me off -- I ended up forgetting to take off the bike shorts and struggling to get into a sports bra.

Hey there.... great job on the tri.  And don't beat yourself up too much.  You were out there.  Doing it.  While most people were sleeping in.,.. or sitting on the couch. That's awesome.

Congrats!

You were smoking on the swim....we live and learn from our exp. and it gets better and more fun each race.

You may want to try to not change clothes during the tri.....I just swim w/ my sports bra under what I wear.
