 He was sold to another camp. I hope we see him and I thought I saw a glimpse him in the little preview of the upcoming episodes at the end of the season premier.

Gannicus wasn't sold. He did win his freedom in the last episode of season 2. The wooden sword he was given was basically his 'papers' saying he was no longer a slave/gladiator.

I was so pizzed off when they killed her off!!!!!!! The show was kick butt though and I can't wait till next season.

If they stay close to history, they should introduce another praetor next year.  But they might skip them and go straight to Marcus Crassus and his legion, but that ends the war, and thus the series, so I'd guess another praetor (Publius Varinius).  They could easily get a couple season out of Varinius

She was SOOO hawt.

Interesting character development is Crixus' woman.  She was the week slave girl that got sent to the mines.  A little training and now she's tough BUT also turned cruel.

If we were to take bets on plot twists, I would say Ganincus kills her and puts him and Crixus is a bit of a quandary..

I watched a couple episodes and for whatever reason it's been really hard for me to get into it this season.  bummer.    used to be one of my favorites.
