Great info, thanks.  I figure a disposable bottle to start the run should be all I need besides the aid stations.  Did I mention I'm related to a camel?

Looks like I can't make Mtn. Man.  I may try for the Kokopelli in St. George in Sept. kinda bummed, but life goes on.

Am I the only one signed up for the HIM in this group?  I'm looking at the MM as a long training day, since its a B race at best for me.  The only worry that I have is the elevation.  I've read your race reports about the effect, but I'll have to figure it out on the fly.

Im sure it's affected me, but I only really notice it during the first part of the swim. After the first turn at the buoy, it doesn't seem to bother me
