Comments:

tried really hard to ignore all the people passing me and running away from me and stuck to my pace and my race.

passed the first guy just after mile 1 and started reeling in people just after the turn-around at 5k; passed many in the last 2 miles, without being passed by any. Finished strong though the uphills
