Subject: Smith Falls Classic Triathlon

Ok, there is one week left...I'm going to start this thread!!

This is my first time doing Smiths Falls and I have heard not-so-good things about the swim.   Has anyone else done the race? Any tips?

There are many people from Kingston going up to race...should be a good time.

The water is supposed to be disgusting and you have to be careful getting out or you might cut your feet.
