Pre-race routine:

Lined up for the toilet. There should be a sign you could put out. No, that wasn't me, it was the guy before me.
Event warmup:

Some light stretches.

Kept my sweatshirt for five miles before I finally donated it. Legs started hurting at 3 miles, not a good sign. Started slowing at 13 miles and struggling to get up hills at 20.
What would you do differently?:

More interval training
Post race
Warm down:

Wander around looking for wife. Take cool bath.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Did three day training plan, but rarely actually did the intervals.

Event comments:

Need more portapotties early on. At least 2 if not 3 times as many. People were running into the woods. Spectators make the race fun.
