Subject: RE: Brick QuestionI'm definitely no expert but practicing bricks is to get your legs used to the transition. It will get easier, with lots of practice. Biking and running use different muscles and for the first 1/2 mile or so your legs usually feel like jelly. I read a good brick workout consists of a ride in zone 1 or 2 (easy, sustainable pace ) and to jump off the bike and do a short run. The run doesn't have to be super long, maybe 1 or 2 miles. Maybe not even not that long, it just depends on how long your "short" run of the week is. That way you can do a brick and get your short run in at the same time.
Best of luck!
