4.5 mile run speed workout on treadmill followed by a light lunch, then
1 hr spin on indoor trainer.
9:30 pm - 4.5 miles in 45 minutes, not blazing, but one of my fastest & farthest runs of the season. My speed is returning.... slowly.
As a teacher also, I am amazed at the schedule you keep as well Kim. Thanks for being an inspiration for us all.
