I still need to scout out a bike course but I will do it before the end of the week. Suggestion for start time? 8 AM? 1-1.5 hour swim stuff. 2 hour bike ride, then BBQ.

OK!

We are still a go!

My shin is still busted so no cycling for me. I'll swim with y'all and then set up at home for the BBQ. Please see previous posts for what you were going to bring. Plan on 12-14 minimum.

Just to make it easy we will start at Mistletoe at 8:00 (so those who want to bike can do so before it gets to hot. Later todayI'll post directions to both Mistletoe and from there to the BBQ.

I'm going to go home and set up for the BBq after we swim. We will do the same 600m that they do at mistletoe and repeat a few times. A lot of that is closer to shore for newbies. I plan to do 1800-2400 depending on what yall want to do. Kayak support will be available for the whole swim.
The BBq will start at 11-12 depending on who is biking and how far.

BTW Jim, too bad you can't make it. Now I have to buy soda. Hehe.

Yeah...I'm a little cheesed that I have to miss it, but I tell you what...I'll still get the sodas. I'll give them to Janelle and she can bring them.

(Just don't let her do the swim clinic)

Yes I still want to ride and I think my friend Charlotte and her husband are planning on coming as well.  Andy is planning on riding also.

Hell, I've been "Russtified" too, and SG, we could probably all do the swim clinic.

Steve- do you know what time the park opens?  Just making sure that it'll be open when we get there.

Also a reminder- bring a few bucks- I can't remember how much it costs to get in.

I need to bike for 2 hours.  So what I was thinking about doing is getting a map of the Mistletoe sprint bike course and doing probably 2-3 loops of it.  Here's a link to the bike course map.
