Subject: Oceanside pre-ride/run 3/16
Just a heads up if anyone is interested, weather permitting (got rained out last year) I will be riding from Oceanside T2 area to the Cristianitos gate and back (most of the frontside of the course), plus 1 loop of the run (about 10K) next Saturday 3/16.  Won't be a hammer or no drop ride, but an HIM effort, so may or may not turn out to be a group ride (i.e., you should know the course so you don't have to wait for me  )

What time? I don't know the course but I certainly don't expect anyone to wait for me.

Total mileage?  Elevation gain?  I might also ride the run path instead of actually running it.  Saving the legs and minimizing chances of ITBS erupting again.

Here's a map, starting from the exit from T2 (at least the exit last year).   Total miles, 48, less than 1000 feet in elevation gain.  I'm gonna post in the Calif. 70.3 thread as well
