What would you do differently?: I need more practice! I feel like I can manage in a pool. When I get in OW it seems like I forget all form need to work on that Transition 1
Comments: Transition long due to weather conditions. I also took a potty break. Once on the bike realizedd I forgot my gloves (rookie) What would you do differently?: Remember my gloves Bike
Comments: I felt this was the best part of the race(maybe because this is where I am most comfortable). The time felt like it went by fast. What would you do differently?: I may try and be faster. I thought this was my best part of the 3 Transition 2
Comments: I forgot my race belt with number in this section (another Rookie move) Run
Comments: I had pain in my lower back throughout the run What would you do differently?: Try to do some weight training to get stronger. I also need to get better at the mental aspect of triathlon and not quit when I know I am ok Post race
Warm down: Got all my gear and put on warm clothes What limited your ability to perform faster: weather and drive Last updated: 2013-03-03 12:00 AM

Woke up at 4 am. Ate breakfast and had a coffee. At 450 headed out for the hour drive to the race location. Upon arrival I picked my spot and tried to keep all my transition items dry. Got body marked and put my wetsuit on.
