Subject: RE: Strenght Training?In Plan Difficulty (the third screen ) if you choose one of the top two levels (instead of the easiest ) it will add some strength in for you.
I currently have a custom training plan for HIM in my plan right now - you can click on me and look at it if you like.
It has a strength session once per week, but there is also strength building going on in all three sports by way of interval sessions, hills, etc. |
