Subject: 2 months to IMLP...drop a swim for a bike? 2 months to go to LP...the swim has been going really well. I've hit 4200 yds twice now with no issues. Been swimming 3 times a week, however, I'm considering dropping to 2 swims (a good interval session and a longer swim ) to add a bike workout. I'm going to swim about 1:15 to 1:20...I just wasn't sure I could do much more to improve that in the next 2 weeks.
I am also considering trying to get 2 or 3 private swim lessons in early June/July. I was thinking that would be of much better benefit than just swimming more. Thoughts?
