Well Time to get back to it for me I guess 4 days of lounging is more then I can stand, I will definitely be hitting the pool at lunch time for a nice swim workout.

4.7 mile run later, swam 2km last night which is the longest I have ever went in one session which has left my shoulders a bit tight.

Run will shake em off tho.

Good morning had a nice 10 mile run this morning, on a hot and sticky trash day! Woohoo the smells were out there.

 

2 days off for me, then Sunday is long bike ride, 3 mile run then a 1 mile swim out at the lake.

3500 yards in the pool last night followed by a 3 mile run. Upper body was hurting during the final 500 yards during the swim.

I was rinsed off, and was sitting on the edge of the pool taking out my goggles when I heard "Lightning! Pools closed".

So I did some strength/core work and a 2.25 mile run with some 1/4 mile intervals within (1/4 @ 10k pace, 1/4 @ 5k pace, and 1/4 @mile pace)

Having to skip my swim has got my weekly schedule all messed up. Not sure if I want to make up the swim workout tomorrow or ride.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
