I have typed in numerous plans for 50 milers and 100 milers as well as the double ironman plan that I currently have but I decided at the last minute to do another 100 in 42 days and would like to pull up the 100 miler that I created by combined 3 different plans that I read to see where I am suppose to be for these last 42 days then put my DIM back up there but I cant access any of the plans I typed in here to update my training plans????

This plan is designed to make you go faster. 3 workouts per week in each sport, 2 days of strength training and core work. The maximum volume is around 10 hours toward the end of the 12 weeks.

This plan is an advanced plan in terms of volume and intensity and appropriate for someone who is looking to go under 5:00 and as fast as 4:30. There isn’t a lot of fluff in the plan.
