We made an update a couple days ago, first, clear your browsers cache and temporary internet files and try again. If still no-go, let me know your OS, and browser version. One thing, are you in the route manager? Or are you selecting a route from the logger?

I cleared the browser cache and temporary internet files and tried again, but still no go. OS - does that mean what kind of computer - I have a Macbook Air, using Safari 6.0.4.
I am trying to select a route from the logger.
