OS: Windows 7
Browser: IE 9, and 10, I think

For the last 3 or 4 days, whenever I try to view the forum using the updated posts links, it only returns one post. There typically is a break of hours between checking BT and I do not leave BT open in a browser in-between checking.

It seems that I am still not able to see updated posts since my last log in. It makes it very hard to view new posts or replies to threads without actually going to the forum and then clicking on each separate forum. Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting I can change to get the forum to show me threads updated since my last log in? I find that I am not visiting the forum as much as I used to because I don't want to have to go searching for new threads? I have this issue on all devices from my iPad to my laptop using chrome.

I have actually been following this as we just added it to the mobile forums.  It's definitely working.  I checked it again after you posted.  You have to make sure you logoff and close the window when you are done so that when you login, it works correctly.

Though let me know if you still notice any inconsistencies.

Thanks. I think it is because I was not logging out. Will make sure I do that from now on.

The doctor says not to run again. Ever. Needless to say, I’m not taking this very well. Can I recover from this? Where should I go from here?

I usually have at least one workout per day, sometimes two or three, but I spend about all in-between time eating. I am not gaining weight, but I am not losing weight either. Should I be concerned?

My thanks to the triathlete community for being there when I need you. That’s the beautiful thing about triathletes. None of us are all right, and no one expects anyone else to be.

As a triathlete, there is one acronym that you just can’t fathom ever having next to your name in a race report – DNF: DID NOT FINISH.

You’ll find you can work these general routines around your work and family commitments, while keeping yourself fit enough for Sprint or Olympic triathlon distances.

One way to improve your speed is to do track work that totals the time and distance goal. The idea is to slowly condition your body to be comfortable at your goal pace.
