Without the cover, the 90 will perform better than the 60 on the back. It'll be nearly identical with the cover on the back. The reason for the shallower front is increased stability in cross winds with nearly no performance penalty (and in some cases, the 60 is faster than the 90). actually their latest aero test showed the 90 faster than the 60 at every yaw angle analyzed. |

I am interested in two 90's but their site seems to indicate that is only for elite riders, that the 60/90 combo is better for mere mortals. But I sure gotta think the 2 90's would be better if you can handle them in a crosswind and it would like far sexier. And who isn't worried about how sexy their bike looks? |

NVM, found it. Here is the link if anyone else is interested. http://flocycling.blogspot.com/2013/04/flo-cycling-flo-30-wind-tunnel-results.html Looks like if you can handle the front 90 it is indeed faster than the front 60.
I will most likely be going for 2 90's then I'll buy a cover for the back wheel when I finally get my chance to order some wheels. Going to put the wheels on my roadie then do the disc/90 front for my P2C. |

I have this question, because I am not sure if I want to go for a 60/90 or a 60/60. I think that it won't matter what I use as my back wheel once I put a cover on, am I missing something? |

I have a wheelbuilder cover for the back and love everything about those wheels. Oh, yeah, and the shirt rocks too. I seem to wear it everywhere.... |

In fact I think the 60 actually weighs just slightly less so it might be a tiny bit faster with a cover on it. But I want my wheels to work on my roadie and my TT bike. So I will get 2 90's and run them without a cover on my roadie then when I put the wheels on my TT I will add the cover. Not completely sold on a front 90 yet but I am close. I am not scared of the handling but I have not ridden with aero wheels yet. I will most likely rent some from my LBS and then make my decision. |
