Garmin 305 w/ HR strap. comes with everything here. I actually bought this last year from this forum and it has served me well but going back to grad school and no time for tris. No issues save for a piece of electrical tape on bottom part of case from previous owner so I probably would not take in water.

I am not sure because it has never ran out on me, but I imagine about 6-7 hours. I can get through an olympic with plenty of juice left. When I did a half ironman it lasted the whole time (6:40) and probably was close to dead

My doctor says 140bpm HR is my max, but that feels like a walk in the park... I don't know what to do, how to train, and my motivation is waning. Any suggestions?
