what are the stars next to peoples name?

 1300  |  Subject: what are the stars next to peoples name?I can't figure it out and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Since I am asking dumb questions today how about the meaning behind: pro, expert, champion also? Edited by MLPFS 2013-08-26 3:41 PM |

Based upon your post count, I suspect green stars equate to 25 posts, so after you pass 75 posts you should have 3 green stars. Once you pass 100 you will drop down to one star of a different color. I thought it had to do with post count but the taking notice of the stars and people's count it wasn't making sense. Hadn't thought of different colors. Thanks |

It's a direct indication of how productive you are at work as well as how likely you are to get fired during the next round of layoffs. So, in many ways you want to have as few stars as possible. |
