i got in 4 CF WODs this week during my lunch hour. Managed to swim and run a few miles too.....

Sport comments: With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed. Made it thru 8 sets with strict form. Up thru 12 sets with a little kipping the last few reps. Sets 13-15 required small breaks to get the required numbers.
