Did I see a function somewhere that a planned workout could be e-mailed to you a la a training plan in Training Peaks? If so then how do I enable that function? If not then is that something we can add to the list of site improvements for Performance Members?
Thanks, Ron. For what it is worth, think that it is an awesome feature to give us. I was beginning to miss the certainty of having my work outs e-mailed to me the night before a la coached edition of TP and *boom* BT comes through again.
Depending on the length of your workout, there are several options to choose for a post-workout snack. Includes 3 smoothy recipes for workouts over 2-3 hours.
This month, drills make up about 15% of each workout, and we’re continuing intervals. The focus will be on finishing your pull and again, hip rotation.
