My chain and cogs were very worn. Changed my cycling style. Stayed in seat most of the time. Had one close call on passing, a guy was blocking.
What would you do differently?:

make sure the bike is serviced before the race

Warm down:

hung out in the athlete area with Kim.. They were serving Burritos, which were not very good.

Event comments:

They did not have any drinks for spectators and very few rest rooms.

The start of the race I had the jitters. I was watching the other age groups start as they seeded the swim with over 1000 participants.
