Comments: Started off way too slow thinking I had to save myself, even for me this is slow.....  Transition 1
Comments: That took about 2 minutes longer than it should....I was 880/99 in terms T1 so bottom half, very slow  Bike
Comments: Had to pee 3 times, that took 10-12 minutes right there.......second half was fast and comfortable, could and should have pushed harder earlier, again tried to save myself, for what? Chalk Hill is nothing, really...much anticipated, I wouldn't even stack it up against hills like Bailey or Mt Eden.... Transition 2
Comments: I was number 614/67 so about average  Run
Comments: Was a good run, overall rank is decent...I was surprised how strong I felt first 10 miles...last three I was fading, very hot...aid stations each mile were a life saver....I ran really hard last 2 miles as I had age groupers on my heels, a minor stampede there....I arrived at the finish pretty wasted because of the 20 minute sprint but bounced back in a few minutes after....my run time saved kmy overall time, no doubt.... Post race
