Pre-race routine:

I found out yesterday that Pete signed us up for Ryan's Reindeer 5K Run. Nothing like short notice!

Drove to race site. We decided on NC State red!

Jogged up the sidewalk and realized my antlers were not going to stay on, so took them off.

Paralysis to Triathlon

In November of 2000, I noticed that I was losing the feeling in my toes. The sensation traveled up my body and within a week, I was nearly 80% paralyzed.

I am new to this tri thing. I want to do a Sprint Triathlon in 6 months...HELP!
