This bike is in great shape. My girlfriend rode it for one 1/2 IM and it has been in the basement ever since. She is the original owner.

She is 5'4" and the bike was fit, purchased and assembled at BikeSport Michigan (for those of you who remember Tom Demerly and his classic shop in Deaborn). I'll have it tuned up at shop before shipping out. It was in fine operating shape, but it has been sitting for a while

There are a couple small, superficial scratches on frame. I'll add pictures of these asap.

$900 OBO

We are in NW Ohio, close to SE Michigan. If shipped, I'll have it boxed by a bike shop.

I'm doing the 22 week sprint tri program and the 2 mile bike ride it starts with is not very challenging. I see this as a opportunity to train the right way and challenge myself. Any ideas?

I think quite truly for the first time I 'get it'. It's not just about the fitness. It's not just about the great little endorphin rush as you hit 5, 10, 15 miles...its not just the medal at the end.
